The RWH – Removable Walkthru Handrails are designed to attach over the top of a Builders Single / Straight Ladder or an Extension Ladder and provide a safe and easy walk through transition on & off the ladder to a second surface.
Helps workers comply with OH&S standards, which states: “When portable ladders are used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails shall extend at least 900mm above the upper landing surface to which the ladder is used to gain access.” Meets AS/NZS 1892.1:1996 standard.
Two offsetting handrails extend 3′ (915mm) above the Ladder and fit rails up to 44mm wide by 95mm deep.
The Latching Mechanism that locks over the top rung is integrated with a thumb screw to remove excess play.
Cushioned bumper pads help to protect the eaves of the roof and the handrails have handgrips for safer use.
Made from 6061 T6 Aluminium with an Orange Powder Coated Finish & 304 Stainless Fasteners. (6.1Kgs).
